Simon the Degree is from 1961. This was my very first in the box Whimsie, I love him! He stands out very proud from all the other Whimsies. Comes dressed in a black graduation gown. There is a ribbon around his neck with a pin on it. The ribbon has been seen in pink, gold and blue. His tassles on his cap has also been seen in various colors.
